The meeting revised and improved the 7 annual plan as soon as possible, submitted it to the three departments for the record, seized the time to prepare the 5 annual budget proposal, and submitted it to the Ministry of Finance in a timely manner.
These five special projects involve the national people's livelihood, and are the key points of social and economic development transformation, which deserve the attention of relevant departments. The relevant departments of the state carry out a comprehensive balance of the above five major projects, of which the machine tool industry is among them. CNC machine tools represent the heavy industry of machinery, and CNC machine tools as an important part of machining have always had severe challenges.
It is a matter of course to include CNC machine tools in a comprehensive and balanced project. Because the domestic CNC machine tool industry started late, the foundation is thin, the technology is backward, multiple problems exist for a long time, among which the output of high-end CNC machine tools is seriously insufficient and the low-end CNC machine tools have overcapacity, and there is a certain deviation in the industrial layout and development center. At the same time, the lack of high-quality CNC machine tool R & D talents in China, and the lack of mastery of core technology, greatly restricts the healthy development of the entire industry.
As a national basic and strategic industry, the machine tool industry has clearly taken the independent innovation strategy as the most important component in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, and emphasized the need to support and lead the development of the industry with technological innovation engineering.
As an important industry, the machine tool industry should innovate independently, break through the technical barrier, be market-oriented, and provide the quality level of products. Integrated circuits and other projects in the special project, as one of the representatives of high-precision industries, CNC machine tools are also a key development industry for China, especially for the manufacturing and research and development of high-end CNC machine tools.
This matter fully makes the relevant departments of the state, local governments, and related enterprises greatly increase the importance of the field of CNC machine tools, and at the same time, enterprises must also innovate independently, develop core technologies and improve production efficiency with the support of national policies, so that enterprises can develop green and rapidly.
