The chemicals ejected from the muffler usually have small particles, and we must check whether the particles are activated carbon or carbon molecular sieves. Because activated carbon and carbon molecular sieves are all gray-black solid particles, it is difficult to distinguish from the color, but their particles look different. If the spray is activated carbon, then the problem is not very serious, we can remove the activated carbon filter, remove the activated carbon inside, query whether the metal wire mesh at the bottom of the activated carbon is damaged, if there is damage, remove and replace the new stainless steel screen, and then install activated carbon to operate normally. When filling activated carbon, fill the filter device as much as possible to avoid the activated carbon from colliding with each other under the effect of cyclone and causing soot. If the carbon molecular sieve is ejected, then it is more troublesome to solve, and the machinery must be brought back to the processing plant for maintenance.
